If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of your delivery. All requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 calendar days of the delivery. The following below will list the procedure and conditions, along with any pertinent information you should know:
- To be eligible for a return, all returning merchandise must be in its original sellable condition with the original packaging, including all of its contents. Merchandise must be unused and in the same packaging and condition that you received it. Please fill out the return form located in the “Return Menu” on The Hair Tip website. All hair extensions, wigs and items listed as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
- Select the items you wish to return or exchange. Only items which are eligible for return/exchange will be listed.
- If return is made and items are damaged, missing original parts, or in used condition, a partial refund may be granted or a store credit will be issued. (Applicable only if errors are from unforeseen accidents not related to store).
- Once a return is made, we will notify you via email that your return has been received and will be in “inspection mode”. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return/ exchange.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days.
- Restocking fees may apply.
- If merchandise has been rejected and you would like it to be returned to you, a $8.95 return shipping fee will be applied.
- A reship fee of $8.95 applies to all exchanges.
- Shipping and handling costs from your original order are non-refundable.
- Buyers of the merchandise are responsible for costs associated with the return shipping. Authorized exchanges will be shipped at your expense.
- If you are located outside the United States, you are responsible for any taxes, duties, and processing fees incurred as a result of returning or refusing package acceptance.
- By requesting for exchange, you agree to be responsible for any fees incurred by us to process the exchange. All exchanges and returns will be considered final transactions.
- Promotional codes and/or promotional shipping prices cannot be applied to exchanges.
- For exchange items the price that will be applied for the exchange is at the time we receive the exchange.
- We are not responsible for issuing a refund if we do not hear from you within 30 days after the items have been returned. After this period, the returned item will be disposed.
Conditions for items that are eligible for return:
- Items must be in their original condition.
- Hair not modified in any way, shape, or form. (cut, bleached, colored, etc.)
- Unworn, Unbrushed, or Unfrizzed.
- For Braiding Hair and Weave, hair must not be untied or unraveled.
- No products may be sprayed or applied to products.
- Merchandise cannot have smell associated with but not limited to, smoke, food, perfume, or hair product.
- Item must still have original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
